This policy explains what information piratedeck.org (“Free Nassau,” “we”) handles when you visit the site or play the game.

Game saves

Free Nassau has no accounts and no sign-in. Your progress, settings and statistics are saved locally in your own browser (using browser storage). This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser’s site data deletes your saves. The site may also store files in your browser’s cache so the game can load quickly and work offline.

Information we collect

We do not ask for, or collect, your name, email address or other personal details through the game. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Advertising and analytics

We may in future show advertising through Google AdSense and use analytics services to understand how the site is used. If we do:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
