October 20, 2026: the new harbour
- New homepage, a public wiki, a How to Play guide, and About, Privacy, Contact and Terms pages.

October 15, 2026: v6, a new voyage
- A new game engine with a four-lane sea chart, port, careening cove, smuggler and shipwright upgrade screens, plus settings and meta screens.
- Battle effects: volleys, hits, boarding runners, sinking, boss and act cinematics, screen shake, with adjustable effects speed.
- Installable as an app, with self-hosted fonts, phone safe areas, text-size and colour-blind options.
- Two balance passes: captain orders and cards retuned, the fort and Act III eased, Hornigold strengthened.
- One-time, skippable coach tips for ship combat, boarding, officers, sailing home and coves.
October 14, 2026: chart-table look and v5 polish
- A full visual pass in the style of a captain’s chart table: inked map, logbook drawer, captain medallions and engraved icons.
- Better layout for crowded hands and short phones, map labels, tap guards, press states and a wax seal.
October 14, 2026: v2 to v3
- Painted art: captains, officers, ports, careening and boarding scenes. Sound effects with mute.
- Parchment cards with descriptive text, an inspect view, a fanned hand and a deck view; select-then-confirm card play.
- v3: simpler cargo (powder, rations and repair kits), new enemies and events, Notoriety, and per-act balance.
